We do not accept exchanges.
Product Condition for Returns
- Only New Products:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- It must not have been used or show signs of wear or damage.
Return Window
- Customers must initiate a return within 7 day of receiving the product.
Return Method
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Label Responsibility
- The cost of the return label is the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee
- A fixed restocking fee of R149 will be deducted from the refund amount.
