Do We Accept Returns?

We do not accept exchanges.

Product Condition for Returns

  • Only New Products:
    • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
    • It must not have been used or show signs of wear or damage.

Return Window

  • Customers must initiate a return within 7 day of receiving the product.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Label Responsibility

  • The cost of the return label is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee

  • A fixed restocking fee of R149 will be deducted from the refund amount.
